• This was a multi-phase project for an eight story bank and office building.  The existing structure had only one stair exit.  A new stair tower was constructed to provide an alternate exit path for all eight floors.

• Five of the eight floors were totally renovated including all new finishes, lighting, electrical, and HVAC upgrades.

• A new interior monumental staircase was added connecting the lobby with the executive suites on the second floor.

• A new board room, along with several new conference rooms, were added to each floor.

• A motorized file system was incorporated in one department requiring additional structural supports.
