• This new 21,000 SF office facility was constructed to house the six major departments of the College.

• The building plan is arched to match the property topography and create perspective enhancing the main central entrance lobby as a focal point.  Student services and support are located north of the main lobby directly adjacent to the campus and executive office, support and deliveries located south of the main lobby.  The main lobby was designed to display a large mural created by the campus artist.

• Construction is exterior masonry bearing with brick and EFIS veneer, single story slab on grade, metal bar joist and deck sloped to perimeter gutters and downspouts.  Interior construction is metal stud and gypsum board.  HVAC utilizes rooftop package units are concealed behind the parapet walls of the central lobby complex, creating clean lines with no visible equipment exposure.
