• This 1920’s era residence was the original house of the estate that would become the campus of MSSU.

• The Mansion had been expanded to include classrooms.

• This project included demolition of the classroom wing and total renovation of the original mansion.

• The restored historic building now houses the Alumni Center

• The construction was phased to allow the university to complete the exterior renovation first.
