This historic 70 year old stadium needed a major renovation and modernization.  This project was phased to meet the school’s budget.  To accommodate a 8 lane – 400 meter track, PLJBD worked with the city to reconfigure an adjacent road and relocate the visitors bleachers.  The renovation included the following features:

• New Fieldhouse Locker Room that also serves as a FEMA 361 Shelter and Concession

• New Concession/Restroom Building

• New Sound System

• New Artificial Turf

• New 8 Lane – 400 Meter polyurethane Track

• New 300 Car Parking Lot

• New Ticket Plaza

• Existing Concrete Stadium was Waterproofed and Safety Railing was Added

• New Ramps and Accessible Seating
